Greetings from RadioLIB Inc, a non-profit, volunteer run radio station; which caters to Liberians in Liberia and the Diaspora. RadioLIB was established with the purpose to serve the Liberian community by educating, informing and entertaining through a variety of programs which includes music, culture, politics, sports, comedy, education, religious and social; while facilitating a stronger and unified Liberian community by promoting dialogue, free expression and community service.

In an effort to be involved in the community, we have untaken numerous initiatives to reach out to underprivileged children in Liberia. Last year, we initiated the “Giving campaign” which raised $1000 that was presented to United Liberia Outreach to host the children's Christmas party at an Orphanage home in Liberia.  This year, we have decided to launch the “Toys for Joy” campaign. The campaign is an effort to collect toys for distribution to underprivileged kids in Liberia for the 2011 Christmas Holiday.  Our goal is to raise $1500 to purchase and transport the toys to Liberia. The campaign runs from August 1st - September 30th in order to be able to ship the items before Christmas.

We are appealing to you to please be a part of this initiative. You can be a part by bringing joy to the heart of a child this Christmas with a generous donation of $5, $10, $15, $50 or $150, or by donating gently used or unused toys.
